The Arts Guild of Sonoma is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit educational visual arts organization and art gallery in downtown Sonoma. The Arts Guild was founded in 1977 and showcases art work from local artists who work in a wide range of media: metal sculpture, ceramics, oil acrylic and watercolor painting. drawings, pottery, pastels, stained glass, wood turnings, jewelry, photography, relief and monoprints, handmade papers, gourd art, encaustics, textiles, collage and assemblage. The Arts Guild maintains the gallery space with different monthly exhibits from emerging local artists, and also coordinates art exhibits, workshops, scholarships and other opportunities for Sonoma Valley's youth and adults.
